Portal Self Scheduling
We’re excited to begin a soft rollout of online self-scheduling through our patient portal!
Starting February 16th, families can book acute, simple sick visits such as sore throats, coughs, or earaches — directly through the portal.
During this initial phase:
• Only select providers will be available
• Appointment times will be limited
• Not all visit types will appear online
What Can Be Scheduled Online
During this initial phase: portal self-scheduling is available for acute (short-term) sick visits only, such as:
- Cough
- Coughs
- Ear pain
- Sore throat
Availability is limited and not all appointment times, providers, or patients will be eligible during this soft rollout.
Important Things to Know
- Each child must be scheduled individually
- Scheduling notes must be accurate and complete
- If additional concerns are added at the visit beyond what was scheduled, you may be asked to reschedule
- Some accounts may be directed to call the office so our team can schedule the best appointment for your child
Our goal is to make sure every child receives the right care at the right time, without rushed visits.
