Portal Self Scheduling

We’re excited to offer online self-scheduling through our patient portal!



Families can now schedule certain acute, short-term sick visits directly through the patient portal. This convenient option allows you to find an available appointment and schedule your child without having to call the office.

What Can Be Scheduled Online

Online self-scheduling is available for certain acute sick visits, such as:

  • Cough
  • Ear pain
  • Sore throat
  • Other short-term sick concerns

If the reason for your child’s visit is not listed as an available scheduling option, please do not select a different reason just to schedule an appointment. You will need to call our office so our staff can help determine the appropriate appointment type and time.



Not all visit types, providers, or appointment times are available for online scheduling. Some concerns require additional information or a different type of appointment and must be scheduled by our office staff.

Important Things to Know

  • Each child must be scheduled individually.
  • Please provide accurate and complete information when selecting the reason for the visit.
  • The appointment should be scheduled only for the concern selected when making the appointment.
  • If additional concerns are brought up at the time of the appointment that were not included when scheduling, you may be asked to schedule another appointment.
  • If you are unsure which appointment type to select, please call our office before scheduling.

Appropriate Use of Online Scheduling

Online scheduling is intended to make scheduling simple and convenient for families while helping us provide the appropriate amount of time for each visit.


Please use the scheduling options only for the visit reasons provided. Repeatedly scheduling appointments under an incorrect visit reason, scheduling appointments that do not meet the online scheduling criteria, or otherwise misusing the online scheduling system may result in restricted access to online self-scheduling. If access is restricted, appointments will need to be scheduled by calling our office.



Our goal is to make scheduling easier while making sure every child receives the right care at the right time.

If you don’t see an appointment that works for your child, or if your child’s concern is not listed as an available online scheduling option, please call our office. We may have additional availability by phone and can help schedule the most appropriate appointment for your child.
