Join Our Practice
Become a new patient and join our practice! For newborns delivered at Bryan Hospital or St. Elizabeth Hospital, our physicians will provide care during your stay, while other hospitals will have their own physicians handle care and determine when your baby’s first appointment should be scheduled. Once discharged, call our office to schedule your first visit. For families transferring to us, we require complete medical records from all previous providers before assuming care to ensure we can provide the best medical attention for your children. Please sign a Release of Records Form and submit it to your children’s previous provider. Once we’ve received and reviewed the records, we can begin caring for your child.
