  Dr. Michelle Wineinger grew up in a small town in northern California before receiving her bachelor's degree at UCLA. She came to Nebraska to attend medical school at Creighton University and stayed for her pediatric residency training at University of Nebraska. She is board certified in Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Wineinger has a passion for helping children and their families create the foundation for lifelong wellness. She enjoys educating families and involving them in medical decision-making. Dr. Wineinger is married to her husband Zack and they have two sons, Owen and Parker. Outside of work, she loves being outdoors, hiking, biking, gardening, crocheting, playing cards, and spending time with her family.
